Just as their last suicide shot is being fired, they suddenly are panicking, realizing that this means of venting their anger may have cost them another lost election, because the people will see again that they are cowards.

The following ramblings are just that: since the world has turned into such a crazy place, being inside a padded room looking out seems safe!

These are just heat mirages – they can’t be real.

I still believe that the GOP is going to sink or swim on the illegal immigration and border security issue –even before the Iraq War issue.

I have listened very patently to our people in both parties, who hunger for something they enthusiastically call, “comprehensive immigration reform.” They insist that their various calls for amnesty, guest worker programs, the pardoning of I.D. theft felons, or seniority for the most successful lawbreakers, is the only way that we can enforce our borders and secure our nation.

For a change Dems are being completely honest – their real enemy is conservative traditional values, God and morality, capitalism, a capable defense structure, and the family, and they must pull them down.

So now we (people who want the border secured) are not only insane, and naive, but we are under the influence of drugs? These people have one argument: that border enforcement can never work.

Understanding this simple concept is necessary to win elections in a democracy and it is precisely why the Democrats have had such success in spite of their message of anti–Americanism, non-traditional family values and failed ideas.

Well this certainly explains the notion being posited by the liberal left lately that they too could get religion.

Instead of flags and military hero talk, the 2008 Democratic Convention will probably be led off with a short revival session and a procession led by left-leaning Cardinal Mahoney of L.A., who has no trouble mixing politics with his religion.
